Delta Regional Authority Releases a Request for Proposals for DRA Regional Development Plan IVFebruary 10, 2020
CLARKSDALE, MS -- Today, the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking contractual support for a qualified team of strategic planners, meeting facilitators, and writers to assist the agency in development of its new five-year strategic plan, the Delta Regional Development Plan IV (RDP IV).
The selected contractor will work closely with DRA to shape this effort over the course of a nine-month period beginning in March 2020 and concluding December 31, 2020. Proposals must include a technical proposal, management proposal, and cost estimate for all work to be conducted. All proposals must be submitted on or before 5:00 PM EST on March 6, 2020.
