Sea Talantis is a Program Manager with the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) and has been with the agency since June 2020. Sea primarily oversees the administration of the Delta Leadership Institute (DLI) and also works on additional DRA programs and initiatives.
Prior to joining DRA, Sea worked at The University of Alabama (UA) College of Continuing Studies for over ten years. Her experience at UA consisted of coordinating the planning and logistics for conferences and other professional development programs within the health, human services and education sectors. Sea’s past experience also includes real estate sales and other sales and marketing positions in Tuscaloosa, Birmingham and Chicago.
Sea received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The University of Alabama College of Human Environmental Sciences. She earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council and completed a leadership program at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sea is also a proud 2013-2014 graduate of the Delta Leadership Institute.
