IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER: Delta Workforce Grant Program Pre-Award Technical Assistance Workshop in Memphis, Tennessee, on Thursday, November 9, 2023

The Delta Regional Authority (DRA) is offering a Pre-Award Technical Assistance (TA) Workshop to those interested in learning more about the 2024 Delta Workforce Grant Program (DWP) funding opportunity. This is an official release of the event registration and hotel booking information.

DWP Pre-Award Technical Assistance Workshop

• Doubletree Memphis Downtown

  • 185 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103

• Thursday, November 9, 2023

  • 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (breakfast and lunch provided)

  • If applicable, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, is a travel day and hotel check-in.

DRA will cover the cost of a hotel room for a one-night stay and parking at the Doubletree Memphis Downtown (if needed) for up to three people from the same organization. Please click the links below to 1) REGISTER for the TA workshop and 2) RESERVE your hotel room at the Doubletree Memphis Downtown.

• Registration Link: Deadline to register is Tuesday, November 3, 2023

  • Please register one attendee at a time (maximum of three people per organization).

• Hotel Booking Link: Deadline to book rooms is Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. CDT.

  • To secure your room, you will need to provide a credit card for incidentals only. Once you check-in, the cost of your room and parking will be covered by DRA. However, if your plans change and you do not cancel your room, your card will be charged for one night.

  • If you are traveling a long distance and need to add the night of Thursday, November 9, 2023, to your reservation, please contact Mandy Guin at mguin@dra.gov.
