The Delta Regional Authority occasionally issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified contractors, firms and institutions to provide various scopes of work to help the agency better fulfill its mission.

DRA Requesting Proposals for Delta Leadership Institute Support Services
DRA is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide administrative and logistical support services for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Delta Leadership Institute (DLI) Executive Academy. A Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued detailing the services needed.
The purpose of the RFP is to procure an experienced organization to manage the administrative, financial, and logistical functions necessary to support the FY 2027 DLI Executive Academy. The selected organization will provide services including program budget management, payment and documentation of approved program expenses, hotel and venue coordination, ground transportation arrangements, meal planning, vendor coordination, participant reimbursement support, program materials and on-site logistical support for the Academy’s multi-session program.

Questions and all electronic submissions should be submitted to dli@dra.gov. The deadline for submissions is Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
