The Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) complements the States’ Economic Development Assistance Program as a primary investment tool for DRA. Investments support projects that address flood control, basic public infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure improvements. From FY 2021-2023, CIF projects facilitated these impacts:
- 10,588 jobs created or retained
- 551 individuals trained
- 50,821 families affected

Grant Award Minimum: $500,000
Grant Award Maximum: $2,000,000
